We’ve used Tripadvisor data for this ranking so the list is based on first-hand reviews from tourists. 

Spain and Greece are some of the world’s top beach destinations but have you ever thought about a beach holiday in Lithuania? Or Finland? 

We haven’t included some of Europe’s landlocked countries or countries currently on the Government’s ‘Do Not Travel’ list.
