The 700CL-X was unveiled for the first time to the world at the 2019 EICMA. Although powered by the same engine, in the 700CL-X it has been tuned to produce less power and torque at 74bhp and 66Nm of torque, compared to the Duke’s 105bhp and 87Nm of torque output figures.
The styling of the 700CL-X gets very aggressive stylings. X-elements around the headlight and rear tail light section give it a very aggressive appeal. The 700CL-X comes pre-equipped with ABS, ride-by-wire throttle, slipper clutch, cruise control, rollover sensor, and ignition protection. Suspension duties are taken care of KYB 41-mm Upside-Down forks and KYB single rear shock, where both can be tweaked by 20-clicks
The 700CL-X is available in three variants: CL-X Heritage, Sport, and Adventure. The recall has been issued for the Sport model. All three 700CL-X models are made in the US and its distinct styling and yet affordable pricing makes it a very compelling option to the likes of Scrambler and R Nine-T.
